About Us:
We run a successful family building business based in Thames but covering the whole Coromandel Peninsula and Waikato areas. Our point of difference is that honesty is at the forefront of our attitudes and nothing is hidden or lied about. We strive to do the best in every type of work we do, and aim to always please the clients involved.
We have won a NZIA Architecture Waikato Awad in 2016 for a house we built in Puketui called the "Puketui Valley Hutt", and we are up for another award with a new house we have built on the same street in Puketui for the 2020 NZIA Architecture Waikato Award.

Local Council:
We know how the local council operates and have a good relationship with those in there including building inspectors and engineers alike to ensure the smooth running of our projects to eliminate any unneeded stress and delays for our clients.
Certified Builders:
We are proud to be members of New Zealand Certified Builders Association which represents our commitment to quality work, backed by a stringent membership application process, who offer continued support and training.
Ongoing Training and Qualifications:
As part of our ongoing qualifications and training we are also a qualified Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP), able to safely carry out restricted building work that others may not. I have voluntarily become LBP qualified as Site 1 Class license under the new Government Building Licensing Scheme (Building Act 2004) to put more accountability on tradesmen and to encourage better building design and construction.
